Privacy Policy

This policy covers the client applications published by Resolute Strength Technologies LLC ("we", "us") — the mobile apps you use as a client of a fitness studio that runs our software.

Who holds your information

We provide this app on behalf of the studio where you train. Your relationship is with that studio: it decides what is in your client record, and it is who you contact about that record. We operate the app and the servers behind it, and we process your information to deliver the service to you and to your studio. We do not sell your information, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it for any purpose other than running the service.

What the app collects

• Account information — the email address you sign in with and the identifiers that link you to your client record at your studio.
• Food checks — barcodes you scan, photographs of product labels and of meals, and questions you type.
• Your food log — the entries you choose to save, each recording what the item was, how it relates to your program, and the date.
• Measurements from your studio — where your studio has recorded body-composition results for you, the app uses them to calculate the targets it shows you. The app does not measure anything itself.

The app contains no analytics, advertising, crash-reporting or tracking software of any kind. It does not track you across other apps or websites, and it makes no in-app purchases.

Photographs

Photographs are the part people ask about most, so to be specific:

• Photos of your meals are never stored. They are read to produce an answer and are not written to disk, kept, or retained in any form. Only the resulting text — what was recognised and the explanation given to you — is saved.
• Photos of product labels are also discarded after they are read, with one exception. When a label reading is clear enough to become a shared product answer used across studios, that image is kept as the evidence behind it. Such an image shows product packaging only, is not linked to you or to your record, and is deleted when the product answer is withdrawn or replaced.

Who can see your information

• You, in the app.
• Your studio and your coach. Your studio holds your client record, and the app shows your coach information from it so that they can support you. What your coach sees is shown in the app and changes as we add features; coaching is the only purpose it is used for.
• Reviewers of shared product answers. Where a product reading is uncertain, it is reviewed centrally so the answer is right for every studio. What reaches that review is about the product, not about you, and carries no identifying information.
• Service providers, described below.

Service providers

We use a small number of providers to run the service:

• Anthropic — photographs and questions are sent to the Anthropic API to produce an answer. Content sent to that API is not used to train models.
• Open Food Facts — when you scan a barcode, the product code is used to look up the product in this public database. Nothing about you is sent.
• Cloudflare and Render — hosting and storage for the service.

How long it is kept

Your account information, food checks and food log are part of your client record and are kept while that record exists. They are removed when your studio deletes your client record. Photographs are handled as described above and are not part of this retention.

Your choices

You can delete any entry in your food log yourself, at any time, in the app.

For your record as a whole — a copy of it, a correction, or its deletion — contact your studio, which holds it. When your studio deletes your record, we delete it on their instruction. You can also write to us at privacy@resolutestrengthtech.com and we will work with your studio on your request.

Security

Information is encrypted in transit, access to it is restricted to the people who need it to operate the service, and the app shows you only your own record. No system is perfect, and we do not claim otherwise.

Children

The app is intended for adult clients of a studio. It is not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child has used the app, contact us and we will remove the information.

Health information

Information about what you eat, and the measurements your studio records, say something about your health. We treat them accordingly: they are used to deliver coaching to you and for nothing else, and they are not sold, shared for advertising, or disclosed outside the people and providers listed above.

Changes

If this policy changes we will post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
